We currently accept all major credit cards through paypal for online orders! If you wish to make a custom order, please send an email to orders@candlework.ca

Usually it takes anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks to complete an order depending on the difficulty and detail level. The standard process for an order is as follows:

Discuss the design with in-house designers

Determine the steps needed to go through with the design

Obtain deposit for the design

Handpouring begins!

Candles may take up to 72 hours to make!

Once set, the candles need to cure typically 5 days

Delivery!

All our candles are made and handpoured in our Burnaby studio! Our artisans hand pour each and every candle that bears the Candlework! name. We make sure that each candle meets our standards of quality before being shipped out!

The best way to determine the minimum order quantity for your custom candles is to contact us and discuss your idea and design with one of our in-house designers for a more detailed analysis of your project! Some of our products already require a minimum order, this usually depends where our suppliers for those products are. Please check the items for a minimum quantity before purchasing.

If you can imagine it, we can probably do it! Moulded candles, jar candles, and pillar candles are our most popular styles but we are always interested in thinking outside the box with your ideas! Contact us and discuss your custom candle idea with our in-house designers!

 We have designs in the works for reed diffusers, hand made soaps and other aroma works! Have a project you want to collaborate with us on? Contact us and discuss your thoughts with our designers!

Typically we request that we have at least 2 week notification before the proposed deadline but we understand that sometimes forces outside of our power create difficulties. Not to worry! Send us an emailHERE with the subject RUSH ORDER REQUEST!. In this email, please include the follow:

Absoloutely! We service Canada and the U.S. Please keep in mind that border and custom duties and wait times may affect processing and shipping times. To ensure proper delivery of your custom candles, please ensure ample processing time between order and event date. For U.S. customers, please contact our order department for information regarding ordering for international customers!
